This module provides you with a detailed overview of major regulatory requirements for credit institutions. Starting with the currently applicable regulatory requirements, future amendments and additional regulations are also presented and their impact on banks is discussed. The focus is on regulatory requirements in the DACH region, regulatory reporting, liquidity requirements and the requirements from MaRisk/SREP/stress testing. In addition to presenting the regulations, we also map them to banking processes, evaluate them for their management relevance and share our practical implementation experience.
